Ravi Jain, owner and President of Birchmount Studios, is on a mission to create transformative change in society through residential condominium projects and industrial retrofit rental projects and is a role model for other developers. Jain’s diverse portfolio includes his latest passion project, where he was the driving force that transformed his multi-tenanted industrial warehouse buildings in East Toronto into a premium, repurposed, world-class movie studio hub with expansive support space, harnessing and supporting the movie/TV business on a global level.
Ravi holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the prestigious University of Toronto. Ravi brings technical knowledge to the field while offering superior customer service.
As a proud Canadian, Ravi has gifted to establish a Chair at the University of Toronto. He also supports a global autism education website and is involved in many philanthropic initiatives.

Birchmount Studios is a multidisciplinary real estate development and management company headquartered in East Toronto. It is close to major highways and has quick airport and downtown access.
In 2020, Birchmount Studios acquired two industrial complexes in East Toronto whose studio hub has been widely recognized in North America:
- 1510 Birchmount Rd is a 12-acre property with approximately 300,000 sq. ft. of rentable area on 12 acres of land and over 750 parking spots. This unique project features soaring heights of over 70 feet, free span stages over 20,000 square feet in size, hundreds of parking spots, and additional room for related office and support space, including a back lot. Future plans include the construction of a new state-of-the-art movie studio.
- 1550 Birchmount Road is a repurposed multi-tenanted industrial property on 4 acres of land with over 100,000 sq. ft. of rentable area, 200 parking spots, and ceiling heights ranging from 18′ to 20′. The new units have independent three-phase power and HVAC systems and convenient access to shipping.
